In addition, Bangalore IT infrastructure id booming, which improves the opportunity for placements.

Civil engineers are employed in all the major construction projects carried out by the state or central government, the railways, private construction companies, military, engineering services, consultancy services etc. Civil engineering graduates can also go in for research and take up teaching or they can open their own independent consultancy services and contracting firms etc.


Electronics & Communication  Department:


Ece is one of the most developed field. Students studying this course are easily placed. In this college Ece department is ranked I because of its excellent coaching and the placement skill. The department has a very well equipped and spacious Analog Digital Electronics Laboratory and Communication Laboratory to train the students in practical applications.

The Labs are: Advanced Communication Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab, Microprocessor and Computer Communication Lab, Industrial Electronics Lab.Future plans envisage setting up a lab with a 1.8 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, a sophisticated computer controlled antenna trainer and Paraboloidal antenna with a satellite receiver to receive signals from various satellites, fibre optical communication set ups, VLSI & Embedded system lab.

LIBRARY:
NHCE Library is a resource centre for teaching, learning & research. Being the heart of the academic centre, it is home for all the information services. The major objective of our library is to provide right information/knowledge to the right users at the right time.

The Library holds a hybrid collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visuals, CDs/DVDs, e-books, e-journals, reports, course materials, past 10 yrs question papers, Bound Volumes, Project Reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. Currently the library holds over 24,000 books, 139 print journals, provides access to 6327 e-journals, newspapers and business magazine, and 2090 multimedia resources. And also have Institution membership of DELNET, IIMB Library, and British Library.

All branches (ECE, BT, EEE, ME, CSE, ISE, MBA, and MCA) have their own dept libraries in the respective depts.

This college is a famous college in the whole of Kartnataka. It has been ranked 5 among the colleges. So our advice is that after the completion of 12 th try to join this college by management or by government quota. This college provides an excellent coaching and amazing infrastructure. The lab facilities are also good over here so that they develop the students in the prcatical side also. Placement activities is so good so that most of the students get placed in many multinational companies.
